A manufacturing and retail organization are in search of an Accounts Assistant to support the accounting department with their day-to-day functions by performing entry-level accounting duties. Computer knowledge with Excel, Word, Outlook and Pastel is needed.

Requirements
  • Input data for Telone (phone usage)/daily opening balance
  • Make Office Calls as per request throughout the day
  • Receive calls and redirect them to respective office.
  • Make sure box files are available for all documents and clearly labeled.
  • Archiving and filing of documents / invoices / receipts.
  • Retrieving invoices as and when needed.
  • Transport Forex filing and attaching receipts.
  • Driver files receipting from Operations Department and checking receipts with drivers.
  • Input data for Telone (phone usage)/daily opening balance.
  • Make Office Calls as per request throughout the day.
  • Receive calls and redirect them to respective office.
  • Make sure box files are available for all documents and clearly labeled.
  • Archiving and filing of documents / invoices / receipts.
  • Retrieving invoices as and when needed.
  • Checking monthly spread sheets
