Job Presentation
A reputable FMCG entity is seeking a Creditors Clerk to join their team. Knowledge of ZIMRA requirements for ITF263s, withholding tax and ZIMRA compliant tax invoices is essential for this position, as well as experience with Sage Evolution and can process GRVs into the system. Applicants must have a certificate in accounts, as well as experience in a retail entity. Applicants must be able to start at the end of September.

Requirements
  • Follow up with suppliers for invoices, statements and reconciliations etc, and send POPs for payments made
  • Preparation of weekly payment forecasts
  • Filing of documents
  • Assist the debtors clerk with the reconciliations of customer accounts
  • Report to management with weekly updates on the supplier age analysis
