As the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include ensuring finances are used beneficially, developing the financial strategy, assessing investments, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
  • Understand and mitigate key elements of co risk factor
  • Develop financial and tax strategies.
  • Manage capital request and budgeting processes
  • Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
  • Arrange for debt and equity financing
  • Oversee financial operations of subsid and foreign ops
  • Supervise due diligence and negotiate acquisitions
  • Report financial results to Directors
