An experienced candidate with in-depth knowledge of creditor management is sought to join a reputable organisation as a Creditor's Controller. The incumbent will hold an Accounting degree and have a minimum of 3 years of FMCG experience in a similar role. Working knowledge of Excel is a prerequisite.

Requirements
- Ensures That Purchases Invoices Are Properly Authorised
- Posts and Allocates Paid Invoices on a Daily Basis
- Reconciles Individual Creditors Accounts To Suppliers Statements
- Produce Remittance Advices For Invoices Due For Payment Weekly
- Completing Serialized Payment Vouchers According to Remittance Advises and Posting these to Affected Creditors and Sundry Accounts
- Reconciles Creditors Control Accounts Montly
- Monthly Reconciliations of Sundry Creditors and All Other GL Creditors Accounts
- Reconciles Purchases Accrual Accounts
- Monthly Creditors Report
- Compute monthly VAT Claimable/ Payable and Rendering of All Statutory Returns
