Requirements
- Assess the companies HR needs and develop and approved plan of action to address needs within the broad direction provided by the global holding company under the immediate guidance and supervision of the Managing Director
- Ensure the Agency HR & Welfare Policies, Systems and Programmes comply with local social & labour legislations as well as comply with the organisations conduct
- Ensure industrial peace and harmony in the Agency
- Collaborate with other departmental Managers in developing and enhancing talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and productivity.
- Drive change management and optimisation of HR Processes and act as a trusted advisor on same and HR processes
- Prepare annual HR department budgets and collaborate with Finance Department
- Coordinate the availability and supply of well-trained employees across departments.
- Carry out checks that ensure that outsourced labour providers (if any) comply with Service Level Agreements.
- Supervise, train and coach employees in department to achieve higher performance goals
- Take charge of the implementation of HR processes eg Performance management, leave, disciplinary hearings
- Take up ad-hoc functional, supervisory, managerial or leadership assignments as may be directed from time to time by MD
