Requirements
  • Produce Flash Reports
  • Close the Sage reporting period
  • Prepare monthly management accounts
  • Update comparatives based on previous month
  • Prepare inter-company confirmations for sign off by respective companies' Accountants
  • Input current monthly and year-to-date figures
  • Prepare tax computations schedules
  • Post tax journal
  • Prepare income statement, balance sheet and cashflow statement
  • Ensure Assistant Accountant prepares reports by function
  • Prepare Debtors and Creditors schedules
  • Receive inventory analysis and foreign stock schedule from stocks accountant
  • Consolidates all prepared and received information into monthly pack for FM and FD to review
  • Prepare monthly audit files
