Requirements
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, analyze financial reports, and provide insights to support the bank's performance and decision-making.

- Treasury and Cash Flow Management: Manage the bank's liquidity, oversee investment activities, and mitigate financial risks such as interest rate and foreign exchange risks.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements in line with IFRS, present reports to stakeholders, and provide recommendations based on financial data.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensure robust internal controls, and conduct regular financial audits and reviews.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance skills, foster collaboration, and ensure high performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, auditors, investors, and other key stakeholders.
