This is an opportunity to join a logistics concern with operations throughout the Southern African region. You will be a recently qualified Chartered Accountant trained by the Big 4.

Requirements
- Reviewing analysis and classification of documents
- Ensure the proper application and administration of Company Internal Controls, systems and procedures
- Reconciliation of bank accounts (weekly / monthly)
- Review of reconciliations of Accounts Receivable /Accounts Payables, General Ledger and Control accounts
- Processing and controlling of final import documents
- Reconciling all intercompany trading accounts as any other normal Customer or Supplier account
- Submission of monthly VAT returns and payments to government institutions within legal deadlines
- Liaison with Government official agencies (Customs, Migration, etc)
- Preparation of documents of Constitution and Statutory requirements for the establishment of new companies, and Licenses (Certificate process); Notary and Municipal etc.
