Requirements
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the group`s overall business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management, board of directors and other stakeholders.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and develop accurate financial forecasts to support strategic decision making.
  • Optimize cashflow and working capital to ensure the group`s financial stability and support its growth initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain a robust system of internal controls to safeguard group assets, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting standards.
  • Manage relationships with shareholders and financial institutions.
  • Lead, mentor and develop high performing teams in finance and other support service.
