Job Presentation
A well-established FMCG company is looking for experienced Financial Accountants with solid FMCG background. You should have a first degree in Accounting and be a recently qualified Chartered Accountant. Our client is seeking individuals who have a proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within the FMCG industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and providing insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements
  • Receives and checks Supplier invoices completeness and compliance to internal regulatory requirements prior to processing.
  • Processes supplier invoices within 48hrs of receipt into the system for approval processes by the relevant signatories.
  • Processes supplier payments within 12 hours of document receipt and submits for approval process by relevant signatories
  • Prepares and submits VAT returns to the Finance Manager monthly.
  • Monitors suppliers ledger and follows up on long outstanding payments to invoices based on remittances advice from the relevant sections.
  • Prepares creditors reconciliations statements and submits to the Finance Manager.
  • Prepares creditors reconciliation and clears outstanding items.
  • Receives and processes monthly intercompany charges.
  • Balances all intercompany accounts with other business units.
