Job offer: Managing Director – FMCG – Manufacturing – Executive Career Opportunity

Our client is a recognised manufacturer of well-known food product lines as a household name.

The role of Managing Director shall be responsible for their new SBU plant operation expected to be completed and commissioned later in 2024.

We seek a savvy executive leader from the FMCG manufacturing sector for this critical role with an ability to launch new product lines.

Ideally, the executive should start soonest to participate in the build and launch process for the final development and set up of the new factory.

You must comprehensively understand the full cycle of product manufacturing/production management processes to final trade and customer markets.

A multiskilled background across FMCG operations management ability with a past steady career growth from a recognised local or external employer is required. Consideration would also be given to a person at sales, operations and marketing director level seeking promotion with knowledge of trade and manufacturing of food or drink products.

Naturally, you shall be well educated with a first degree and MBA/MBL or alike with a proven career track record from the FMCG Sector.
