Job vacancy Independent Non-Executive Board Trustee – Company Pension Fund Scheme

Our client is a significant player in the Agricultural Sector and requires appointing an Independent Non-Executive Board Trustee.

The independent board member’s main role would be to assist the Board of Trustees (BOT) with periodical reviews of the pension fund’s investment portfolios performance, identify investment opportunities and recommend policies for adoption. 

The Trustee is expected to proactively review appropriate investment strategies within the context of the macro-economic environment with Equities; Fixed income; Property and other investment instruments offered. The BOT meet every quarter whereby four meetings a year is the requirement of the selected persons.

Our client requires to appoint a senior person with a proven track record from the investment services sector currently operating at a senior executive or director level.
