An organisation with operations throughout Zimbabwe but with a head office in Bulawayo, requires a head of finance to support the MD. ERP experience essential, preferably in implementation. You will be an experienced, hands on and dynamic individual as well as a mentor, teacher and leader.

Software	ERP
Knowledge Of	Financial Systems in Heavy Industrial or Mining Environments. Experience in implementing or working in mid-tier ERP systems essential
Skills To	Produce and interpret management accounts across a number of operations
Ability To	Develop an intimate understanding of the connection between operations and finance and ensure systems are integrated
Other Requirements	Must be willing to spend time in Harare and Bulawayo

Requirements

Assist the MD to formulate and implement business improvement initiatives, utilising knowledge gained from the financial management and accounting functions
Manage financial risk by developing and implementing relevant systems, processes and controls at all levels of the organisation
Evaluate financial outcomes and benefits from an array of strategic and tactical options.
Undertake all necessary accounting and administrative processes to ensure accurate, meaningful and timely reporting of business performance
Detailed hands-on management of working capital
Run a diverse and relatively large finance department, handling the entire spectrum of daily, weekly and monthly accounting and finance activities
