Question for Telone Glen View P O

I a Glen View resident and a subscriber of ADSL WiFi. We reported the vandalisation of Telone cables at MIC-JOP shopping Centre a month ago and it appears nothing is being done towards repairing the vandalised cables. My question is; will this issue be attended to and if so, when, because everytime we go to Telone Glen View to make follow-ups we are told that technicians are coming tomorrow but this tomorrow never comes. For how long should we wait?
