Question for Pension Office

I worked for ZRP from may 2000 up to August 2007.I contributed for pension but could not get it back when I resigned.what should I do to get it back?when I went to PGHQ in 2009 was told they are yet to get exchange rate since that was the begining of U S$.they promised to contact me but till this day am yet to get a responce.
