Question for Pension Office

I resigned from ministry of health in 2008 but to date I have not received my pension. Each time I make a follow up I don’t get concrete reasons why it has taken this long. I worked for the ministry for more than 26 yrs. Since then, I am surviving on my war veterans pension. Can you please help.
