Question for Coghlan and Welsh Legal Practitioners (Bulawayo)

Would like to find out if you could help me get a birth certificate correct. Date of birht was mistakenly captured and have had long time trying to get it corrected through our Registry with no joy. How much will it cost and how long will this take?
