Question for Kingdom Bank P/L

I applied for my house title deeds Friday 23 June 2017 and was assured by the administrator to hear back by end of business It is now end of business 26 June 2017 and I have heard nothing ! I was not given telephone or e mail details to contact the administrator in Mukavudzi Business Park and am loath to have to drive all the way there again !
