Question for Pension Office

My name is virginia Gwaze, EC number is ********N then changed to Maderedzanwa I worked in the civil service department of the Registrar General as a Registry Supervisor for12.I resigned in 2002.Till now I havent got my pension.and no clear explanation as to why has neen given to me.
