Question for Speciss College Harare, Zimbabwe

I'm a college student and would like to study at least a certificate level in one of the garment courses.Can i be able to handle both studies if i happen to choose the fulltime course and have a personal timetable or the timetable varies in accordance to your college time or of the lecturers there ?
