Question for Epworth Local Board

When residents paid up regularisation and surveying fees you gave them four digits stand numbers with check letters refering to their wards,now you are issuing new five digit numbers how are you tranferring old stand numbers to new ?Are you following the recepting of paid up members or you are using a different formula
