Question for Capri Zimbabwe

My Capri upright Fridge with a dispenser and a deep freezer at the bottom is not making any sound since yesterday, the light at the top is on , the temperature is at coldest but there's no sign of some ice at the top like usual, am not sure if there is a problem with it please help
