The role of Group Metallurgical Manager, a newly created position, will be based at the Head Office of our client, a leading mining group in Zimbabwe.

Due to the nature of the duties required, you shall be expected to spend significant time directing and controlling the metallurgical and processing plant operational requirements at the Mines, contributing to the group’s success.

This senior role of Group Metallurgical Manager is reserved for a mature and well-qualified metallurgical engineering practitioner with a proven track record in providing guidance and plant processing technology services.   Your local and external mining experience is a distinct advantage as you join a senior management team with expertise across regional and global mining. Your diverse expertise will be highly valued.

Excitingly, modern plant processing techniques are at the forefront of the Mines, and your BSc Engineering Honours Metallurgy degree and post qualifications, MBA or similar, along with appropriate experience, will be invaluable in this role.
