Revival Motorways - Bulawayo, Zimbabwe

Am not happy with the service we received over the weekend, had travelled to Musina to do my shopping using your bus.Upon our return there was chaos on the South African side border and we could not get our passports stamped in time, initially we were not aware of the procedures we have to do since it was our first time. We only got to stamp our passports around 4pm when we had got there at at 12pm. When we got to the Zimbabwean border side the bus had already left for Bulawayo ,how is that for a service delivery because it was not our fault that we had to spend most part of the day trying to get our passports stamped. Your drivers are rude and have poor service delivery, please pull up your socks because after what we encountered on Saturday it is difficult to board your bus let alone recommend it due to the poor service delivery we received, had it not been your bus which was at the taxi rank in Beitbridge how else could we have got to Bulawayo. Am concerned because you turning away possible clients. Hope this review finds you well and that there will be some improvements on this matter.
