Arch Decor - Harare, Zimbabwe

Further to the previous review. When the slab was demolished it was discovered that the electricity cable to the main house had been damaged to such an extent that there was a short circuit between one cable and the steel armour of the cable. No mention was made of the damage to the owner and it was just hidden from sight!!

Arch Decor was contracted to build an extension to my cottage. When the build reached slab level the director of Arch Decor asked for more money which would have brought the amount handed over to $13K! I became suspicious and contacted the City of Harare building inspector who after inspection condemned, in writing, the slab, foundations and footing, all of which has to be demolished and rebuilt.
