Dicomm was born from this foundation: ‘If we invest our faith in creating a different kind of agency, we will become the number one agency in the country’. The name Dicomm is an abbreviation of ‘Direct Communication’ which was set to inspire us to always produce ‘relevant creative advertising’ The founders in 1990 established a business ethic which was based on these core values:

Building client’s success; also builds our business, the nation and the continent.
Stewardship; to always invest more in our team than on shareholders.
Honesty; we remain transparent in all our business transactions.
Persistence and tenacity; working hard, always pays-off in the end.

In 1990 our initial client was Retrofit, which evolved into Econet, who to this day have remained with us and continue to buy into our core values and creative thinking.
