We provide ESIA services for all developmental projects in-line with EMA requirements. According to the EMA Act Chapter 20: 27 of 2002, read together with the Statutory Instrument (SI) 7 of 2007, all developmental projects with a potential to harm the environment/ prescribed projects should undergo an ESIA process and should be granted an ESIA/ EIA certificate before the commencement of the project on the ground. It is a serious offense to undertake a prescribed project without an ESIA certificate from EMA. At Greenspace, we help our clients to comply with EMA requirements. In the process, saving our clients money and time.

At Greenspace, we help our clients who are undertaking developmental projects with likely adverse impacts on the environment to manage and monitor their project impacts. We help our clients to develop and implement an Environmental Management and Monitoring Plan (EMMP) for their projects. EMMP helps developers to manage/ mitigate project impacts to acceptable levels and to ensure developmental projects are implemented in an environmentally sustainable way.

We conduct Safety and Occupational Health Assessments, Safety and Health Audits, Industrial Hygienic Surveys in line with NSSA requirements.
