SR Taxi - Harare, Zimbabwe

It was my 3rd time back in Zimbabwe and my previous 2 visits the taxi service was really bad. My stay in Zim for 2 weeks in Chisipite and Vic Falls was covered by your taxi guys. Thank you so much

I contacted them and they said that my taxi will arrive in less than 10 minutes. After waiting like 20 minuets nobody comes so I decided to call them. After several tries I got no answer so I decided to walk to my destination since it was like 2-3 km. After 30 minutes the guy, who told me that the taxi will arrive in less than 10 minutes, called me and told me that my taxi is waiting in the front of the hotel and then he closed the call without letting me to say something. After that the taxi driver called me and he said that he is in the front of the hotel, I told him that I’ve been waiting him for 20 minutes and I called and no answer so i left, and then he said that I’m not serious because i had to wait him and then he closed. This is very unprofessional, I don’t recommend to someone this taxi.

After travelling to Zimbabwe I always jump into different taxis but SR Taxis are clean and the drivers are polite. Coming back to Zimbabwe in November will use your services
