Participatory Approaches Consultancy Services (Pvt) Ltd (PACS) was registered under The Companies Act (chapter 24:3) in May 2015 in Zimbabwe. We are also registered under The Labour Act (Chapter 28:01), with Ministry of Labour. Our traditional business model is based on recruitment of skilled personnel for both local and overseas markets. In partnership with Tusano Ltd we have conducted business in United Arab Emirates for G4S and Transguard Group since 2015.

We pride ourselves in providing the following services to both jobseekers and employers and this entails a sound reputation in providing honest, hardworking, disciplined, focused personnel in all fields within and without the country. This is achieved by verifying their conduct and character through referrals, certificates from relevant authorities e.g. Zimbabwe Republic Police, former employers, religious leaders and community.
