Review Poor Service Provider

I purchased a wardrobe from you guys and notified you of the malfunctioning hinges and loose screws. It has been empty promises and its a month past now, i need my money back or you swop the item as you promised. I could have mentioned the sales man by name.

I am no happy at all and I even cant rate your services to any percentage. I need to speak to the manager himsey.
