i made a call on 26th April around 10am and asked to speak with the buying department. the reception i got from the lady at the end of the line was rude and uncalled for. the intentions of my call were not recognised on the first initial call as the lady cut the phone whilst i was still talking. i called for the second time and explained that a lady in the buying office cut me off AND SHE BOASTFULLY told me she was the one and showed no remorse in even apologising of her phone ethic. she ended up cancelling the chat and my reason for calling Chancellor School were never met.
please is this the kind of mannerism being taught at such a reputable school. i wouldn't know if this is going to be heard as my third attempt to get recourse.

I wouldn't be shocked by that kind of treatment from the staff. As far as I can remember I had my first encounter of being bullied at Chancellor in 2011 up to 2012, and worse part is I was in boarding school at that "reputable school." I'm sure the staff saw it happening and noticed what the other kids did to me but they never took action at all. The effect of the bullying trauma is still within me even 8 years after leaving that school. I won't mention names but that school is full of arrogant, rude,conniving and generally uneducated staff (not all though). I totally understand the way you were treated, that's the nature of those people.
