The worst company ever to deal with. No professionalism, arrogant and extortionist. Will kill myself if am to deal with them again

We were required by our Durban agents to collect money on their behalf and you suspected that we meant to collect it for ourselves. We then put you in contact with the agents and you eventually paid them directly which proved to you that we were not extorting money from you. Subsequently, you did not want to settle destination charges which were appropriately due to us and you eventually settled them, after which your shipment then moved. The problem which we saw was in your misunderstanding of the application of INCOTERMS and we can assist you with that if you would like us to help. In addition, we can help you to reduce the costs of your LCL importations as we have done with many importers whose cargo have come through our network and had similar circumstances as yours. We must also mention that some clearing agents are not well versed in the actual movement of cargo like we are. As such relying entirely on their views will not help you to broaden your knowledge and prepare you for your future importations. I offer to meet you and discuss this in greater detail for your future benefit.
