l bought a 3 piece beverley lounge suite last september 2011. the suite was changing colour. went back to tee,cherz furniture explaining the anormally two months later. a month later guys were sent to verify. they acknowledged the problem.
l was then called by one guy from the warehouse and asked me to use pledge, which l was using only to stop when the changes began. after his telephone conversation with me. l continued using it. unfortunately it became worse. after a talk with the gweru branch manager.he assured me of help which only came in april 2012.
20 april 2012 the lounge suite was picked up from my house for spray painting only. it took them two months to return it back,as l write it has just been brought back.
the best part now is that, they changed the one l had for a different one. this one has its on problems. it has two colours black and some tresses of gold. there are no pins to hold glasses. trying to find the pins in the drawers. the first drawer l opened is broken. dear Lord. wat is all this now. who can really help me cause l have had it with this shop already considering my wasted money that cant be returned.
