Review NSSA POOR SERVICE

NSSA is supposed to have a heart for the elderly but the way they make the elderly visit their offices is just not fair. You submit your documents to have your pension processed but before you can have your money you must visit the offices a countless times. My father's pension fund is not yet out despite the documents being submitted 2017 beginning of year, my uncle died two years later after submitting documents and his pension not processed. Is this fair considering their age and the fact people are contributing during their hay days but have to suffer to get what is duly theirs.
