Review Where is Topics?

I have never been into a Topics store in my life. However, for about the last five years, I receive regular notices from them saying how much I owe. I have written emails, spoken to the accounts dept. but all to no avail.
Currently, my December payment for Account no. ******** for $319 is overdue. No wonder, the lady who should make payment never receives the notices, I do. PLEASE for the fifth, tenth, perhaps fifteenth time of asking, check your records. My cellphone no. ends, 598. This is not your customer's number.
