Bad customer service
I went to steers Nelson Mandela between 6 to pm and bought a hot dog , was served by a guy named George. when i complained about him leaving the roll in the open , his reply was " is everything okay at home, kumba kwenyu kuri right here because i dont think your complain is valid", because that is the way i do it everyday so there is nothing wrong with that, if there are flies i put it away and give you a fresh one.The guy, George was not even apologetic and still maintained that i was the one at fault, even when i had asked to see the supervisor, his reply was " uyu ari umo regai adeedzwe mutaure naye". The lady next in the queue also commented that this way a wrong approach to the complaint i had raised and he maintained his position that ,i was the one with issues from home. The supervisor on duty ,Eric was called and after presenting my case, George even went further to lie that he had apologized to me . The manager had to force me to give me an apology. is this the kind of service that you offer. is this how Steers now treat their customers in new Zimbabwe?does Steers now have prophets? This is a very disappointing attitude to customers
