Chicken Inn - Bulawayo, Zimbabwe

I wanted to buy 2 loaves of bread so i had rand and asked to topup with bond then they told me they don't mix currencies...i then bought using USD and they gave me change in rand which was short of 1rand when I told them to give me in bond they said they don't mix currency rather i give them more money for a plastic bag which i had not ordered or leave my change...does Bakers Inn 9th ave and Robert Mugabe use local bank rates?

Have been having challenges with being given things I didnt order at chicken inn drive thru and am really not happy with the services

Hands down the best restaurant I've been to.The service was so quick and efficient.I'd recommend it to anyone.

i would like to complain about the customer service i received from one of your cashiers. I visited one of your branches (chicken inn 8th Ave, Bulawayo) to buy lunch during my lunch hour and i was served by a girl named Fungai if am not mistaken, not only was she rude and giving me and the rest of the customers attitude but she was even throwing money back at us, and i had to wait for a carrier bag that i had paid for, for 5mins. i understand that its a tiresome industry as i am in it as well but if she feels she cant take the pressure anymore it would be pleasant if she excuses herself than to relieve her stresses on customers.
I look foward to a better service next time.
