Wean Security Company - Harare, Zimbabwe

Background

Wean Security Company is a wholly owned Zimbabwe Company that was registered in terms of the Zimbabwe Company Act (chap 24:03) on 10 July 2014. It is a newly established company with combined years of experienced and dedicated management team. As with any security company, its employees front its business; they are the people that you see, they therefore can add or detract to the value of the service that it provides. Therefore the company only employs The Best personnel.
There are three main types of careers at Wean Security Company:-
Leadership
It has directors who have a range of experience in the security industry
Middle Management
These include positions in both management and administrative HR as well as operational management.

Its mission is to become one of the Zimbabwe’s leading Security Services Providers. It aims to do this by delivering the highest quality of service to its future clients.



Vision
It promises to:-
a) Address and satisfy the client’s security needs; comply with industry regulations and standards to ensure its service is always of the highest standard.
b) Listen to its clients, staff and regulators to make sure it gets it right first, every time.
c) Constantly review and improve its security for the benefit of all those associated with it.

To achieve this vision it:-
a) Would build relationships with its clients through excellent service delivery.
b) Employ highly trained, motivated people who it treats fairly and with respect at all times.
